Nach dem erfolgreichen Papstbesuch, dem genialen Schachzug, äh, dem großherzigen Hilfsangebot „Anglicanorum Coetibus“ und nachdem man hört, in Großbritannien gingen mittlerweile am Sonntag mehr Menschen in die Messe als in einen anglikanischen Gottesdienst, ja, nach all dem kommt jetzt der finale Beweis (Dank an Elsa für den Hinweis!).
Jetzt singen junge Engländer (aus Brighton) eine Ballade auf ein Motu Proprio eines deutschen Papstes. Junge Engländer, die beruflich Lieferwagen fahren.
Die Lage ist ernst, aber hoffnungsfroh! Aus katholischer Sicht 😉

Ist das nicht herrlich? Übrigens, schon zu den Zeiten, als diese noch Latein als Verkehrs- und Wissenschaftssprache nutzten, haben sich die europäischen Gelehrten über die englische Aussprache des Lateinischen amüsiert! Im Moment haben freilich die Englischsprecher, was die Wissenschaftssprache angeht, das Gefühl zuletzt gelacht zu haben. Im Moment!
